01 January 2013 :: Every year has a new freshness & feelings but this year has something New. A huge numbers of Devotees were seen in Temples from early morning. People offered there prayres before starting there New year. When asked to a family they told that we here to offer Prayers so that our whole year goes in Peace & this the best way to start the New Year..

Not only the temples but the Gurudwars & Church had also the same environment. People gathered here also to offer there prayers.

समाचार पत्र का स्वरुप - 10

संवाददाता  [ रिपोर्टर ]

संपादकीय विभाग के लिए संवाददाता उस नाड़ी के सामान है जो समुद्र में समाचार रूपी जलराशि लेकर आती है. अख़बार जिस स्थान से प्रकशित होता है वहां के समाचारों के संकलन के लिए नगर संवाददाता अथवा सिटी रिपोर्टर [आवश्यकतानुसार एक से चार पांच तक ] नियुक्त किये जाते है. संख्या के अनुसार इनका कार्यविभाजन किया  जाता है. खेल, सांस्कृतिक,वाणिज्य तथा विभिन्न समारोह से सम्बंधित समाचारों का संकलन इन संवाददाताओ द्वारा किया जाता है. इसी तरह कार्यालय संवाददाता, समाचार पत्र कार्यालय में आने वाली प्रेस विज्ञप्रियो के आधार पर समाचार बनाते है. सीनियर रिपोर्टर को चीफ रिपोर्टर बनाया जाता है जो अपने सहयोगी संवाददाताओ से काम लेते है. समाचारपत्र प्रकाशन केंद्र से बाहर के शहरो में भी अंशकालीन संवाददाता [ स्ट्रिगर ] नियुक्त किये जाते है जो समाचारों को प्रेषण का काम करते है.

19 August 2012 :: World Photography Day originates from the invention of the Daguerreotype, a photographic processes developed by Joseph Nicèphore Nièpce and Louis Daguerre. On January 9, 1839, The French Academy of Sciences announced the daguerreotype process. A few months later, on August 19, 1839, the French government announced the invention as a gift "Free to the World". With the help of Photography our knowledge about any thing & every thing of the Universe has increased leaps and bound. This is the day to pay tributes and remember the inventore and pioneers of photography and highlight their contributions.

विशेष संवाददाता 

जैसा की नाम से विदित है विशेष संवाददाता की अपने समाचारपत्र में अहम् भूमिका है. वह एक तरह से अपने पत्र का प्रतिनिधि होता है. वरिष्ठता और योग्यता के आधार पर विशेष संवाददाता की नियुक्ति की जाती है. अपने नाम के अनुरूप विशेष संवाददाता  अख़बार के लिए विशिष्ट [ Exclusive ] समाचार देने का प्रयास करते है. केंद्र स्तर पर तथा राज्यों की राजधानियों में विशेष संवाददाता को संसद तथा विधान सभा के कवरेज और किसी मंत्रालय या विभाग विशेष की जिम्मेदारी दी जाती है. वह विशिष्ट व्यक्तियो से अपने समाचारपत्र के लिए इन्टरव्यू लेता है तथा राष्ट्रपति, प्रधानमंत्री, या मंत्रियो के साथ आवश्यकतानुसार विदेशी दौरों में साथ जाता है.

विशेष संवाददाता एक स्वतंत्र पंछी के सामान है जो अख़बार के रोज़मरा कार्यो से बंधा नहीं होता है लेकिन समाचारों तथा घटनाक्रम के बारे में उसकी गिद्ध दृष्टि होती है. इसी आधार पर वे राष्ट्रीय तथा अन्तरराष्ट्रीय घटनाक्रम को बेहतर समीक्षा करने में समीक्षा होते  है.

 Bollywood industry is now a days busy in making part 2’s & part 3’s. The entire industry seems to be seized with the sequels. Bollywood has finally joined with hollywood in the business of making sequels. Industry is adopting it as a tradition of making a continuation or an extension to the former ones.

Sequels have become hot subjects these days, as they are spelling out big business to the movie makers. The trend is continuing that, if the first part (Original) movie is doing really well at the box office, immediately the film-makers are planning for its sequel. Movies are coming up at faster rate.

It is no more a surprise these days that the sequel to the movies is planned even before the prequels are hitting the big screens. It’s worth mentioning that the conclusions to the stories are being kept open ended in the scripts, hence ensuring that there is enough scope to make a sequel.

By utilizing the brand value of the prequels, film makers are coming up with the extended scripts to the parent movies while, the characters and the cast remains same as in the prequels.

  Friendship Day is celebrated every year, on the first Sunday of August. In 2012, it is celebrated on 5th August. The day for the occasion was declared by the US congress in 1935. The occasion began as a small event, to commemorate the relation shared by friends.

Friendship Day celebrations occur on different dates in different countries. The first World Friendship Day was proposed for 30 July 1958. On 27 April 2011 the General Assembly of the United Nations declared  30 July as official International Friendship Day. However, some countries, including India, celebrate Friendship Day on the first Sunday of August &  July 20 in Argentina, Brasil and Uruguay, &  July 30 in Paraguay.

The exchange of Friendship Day gifts like flowers, cards and wrist bands is a popular tradition of this occasion.

उपसंपादक

सम्पादकीय विभाग की संरचना में उपसंपादक वह महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी है जिसके बिना अच्छे समाचारपत्र का प्रस्तुतीकरण नहीं हो पाता . मुख्य उपसंपादक के साथ कंधे से कन्धा मिलकर उपसंपादको की टोली अख़बार के ताज़ा संस्करण को बेहतर और पठनीय बनाने में जुटी रहती है. समाचारपत्र के स्वरुप के अनुसार उसमे उपसंपादको की संख्या निर्धारित की जाती है.सहज बुद्धि से समाचार के प्रवाह को पहचानने की क्षमता उपसंपादक का विशेष गुण है.     
समाचारपत्र में विज्ञापन के अलावा समाचारों के लिए जो स्थान होता है, उसे भरने का काम उपसंपादक को निभाना पड़ता है. विभिन्न शहरों में कार्यरत समाचार पत्रों के संवाददाता  और सिटी रिपोर्टर तथा विशेष संवाददाता सहित समाचार समितियों से प्राप्त समाचारों के संपादन और शीर्षक लगाकर उन्हें मुख्य उपसंपादक के माध्यम से कम्पोजिंग और प्रेस में छपाई के लिए भेजने का दायित्व उपसंपादक के जिम्मे होता है. उपसंपादक को मशीन की नाड़ी, संस्कारी सेंसर, समाचार सर्जन तथा आज्ञात सैनिक तक की संज्ञा दी गयी है.  सुयोग्य उपसंपादक किसी भी समाचारपत्र की नीव के पत्थर होते है और उनकी संपादन कला से अख़बार कसौटी पर कसा जाता है.

सावन के अंतिम सोमवार को शिवालयों में श्रद्धा का सैलाब उमड़ पड़ा. चहुंओर ऊं नम: शिवाय: और बम-बम भोले की गूंज रही.  सावन का अंतिम सोमवार होने के कारण मंदिरों में खासी भीड़भाड़ रही. शिव भक्तों ने ओम् नम: शिवाय का उच्चारण करते हुए महादेव पर जल व दूध की धारा बहाकर कल्याण की कामना की। शास्त्रों के अनुसार श्रावण मास भगवान शंकर को विशेष प्रिय है। अत: इस मास में आशुतोष भगवान शंकर की पूजा का विशेष महत्व है। सोमवार भगवान शंकर का प्रिय दिन है।

 मुख्य उपसम्पादक

समाचारपत्र के सम्पादकीय विभाग में मुख्य उपसम्पादक वह शिल्पकार है जिसे आम पाठक नहीं जनता लेकिन उसके सृजन को वह रोजाना अख़बार के रूप में देखता है.

प्रत्येक अख़बार के संस्करणों की संख्या के अनुरूप सम्पादकीय विभाग के सहयोगियों की टीम पारी के अनुरूप बनाई जाती है. इस पारी का मुखिया मुख्य उपसंपादक होता है. जो अपने सहयोगी उपसंपादक के माध्यम से समाचारों के संपादन में महत्वपूर्ण कार्य को अंजाम देता है. समाचारों पर उपयुक्त शीर्षक लगाना समाचारपत्र के प्रथम पृष्ठ से लेकर आखरी पृष्ठ पर समाचारों के प्रस्तुतीकरण के क्रम को निर्धारित करना और संस्करण के छपने के लिए जाने तक नवीनतम समाचारों के समावेश तथा समाचार के पृष्ठों की सजावट की अहम् जिम्मेदारी मुख्य उपसंपादक के बलिष्ठ कंधो पर होती है

मुख्य उपसंपादक और उपसंपादक में मुख्य रूप से चार गुणों होना आवशयक माना जाते है. पहला बहुश्रुत और बहुज्ञ , दूसरा एकाग्रता , तीसरा सहिष्णुता गुणग्राहकता तथा मेल से कम करने की भावना और चौथा समाचार में रूचि होना आवश्यक मने गए है. मुख्य उपसंपादक में तो इनकी अनिर्वायता अतिवांछनीय है.

मुख्य उपसंपादक अपने सहयोगी उपसंपादको को उनकी रूचि के समाचारों को संपादन के लिए देता है और फिर उनकी कॉपी को जांचता है. जरुरत के अनुसार वह खुद भी संपादन करता है अथवा अंग्रेजी से हिंदी अनुवाद सहित अन्य कार्य करने होते है. वह ऐसा मुख्य हलवाई है जो अपनी निगरानी में रसोई तैयार करवाता है.

Clad in all-white apparel and a matching white turban, the sprightly, 101 years old  Fauja  Singh carried the torch of London Olympic accompanied by hundreds of admirers, including Sikhs with yellow T-shirts bearing Singh's image, who hailed him every moment of the distance he travelled.

Born in Punjab in 1911, Fauja Singh came to the United Kingdom to stay with his son Sukhjinder Singh  in 1992. He began running at the age of 86 to keep himself occupied and ran his first marathon at the age of 89. Fauja Singh has since completed nine marathons - six in London, two in Toronto, where he set eight track records, and one in New York.

Hundreds of Sikhs organised a 'langar' at 16 points along the torch relay route to celebrate Fauja Singh's efforts.

United Sikhs, the charity organisation that organised the 'langar', distributed thousands of 'roti rolls' along the torch relay route. The 'langar' was held to "celebrate the wonderful achievements of this under-spoken treasure of the Sikh community", organisers said.

समाचार संपादक

समाचार संपादक को हम सम्पादकीय विभाग का मेरुदंड कह सकते है. खबरों के लहराते समुद्र में से मोती के रूप में चुनिन्दा समाचारों का अखबारों में प्रस्तुतीकरण समाचार संपादक की समझबुझ, कार्यकुशलता और नेतृत्वक्षमता का परिचायक होता है.
सम्पादकीय विभाग के सहयोगियों के बीच आपसी समन्वय तथा अलग अलग पारियों में उनकी ड्यूटी का निर्धारण समाचार संपादक के जिम्मे होता है. अगर अख़बार में कोई महत्वपूर्ण खबर छुट गयी है तो इसके लिए समाचार संपादक को जिम्मेवार मन जाता है. समाचारपत्र के संवाद संकलन से लेकर उसके संपादन तथा प्रस्तुतीकरण का गुरुतर उत्तरदायित्व भी निभाना पड़ता है. समाचारों से सम्बंधित सभी क्रिया कलापों का दारोमदार समाचार संपादक पर होता है. किसी भी समाचारपत्र के विभिन्न संस्करणों में जो भी समाचार प्रकाशित किये जाते है उनका उत्तरदायित्व  समाचार संपादक पर होता है. अख़बार में समाचार से सम्बंधित सभी कार्यकलाप का संयोजन समाचार संपादक को करना होता है. इसलिए उसे सतत जागरूक रहना होता है. समाचारपत्र के प्रकाशन केंद्र पर संवाद संकलन की व्यवस्था को गुरुतर दायित्व उसे निभाना होता है. वो ही समाचारपत्र से जुड़े संवाददाताओ से सीधा संपर्क रखने और समाचार विशेष के संकलन इत्यादि के बारे में आवशयक निर्देश भी उसे देने होते है. इसी तरह विदेशों में कार्यरत अपने समाचारपत्र के संवाददाताओ या ब्यरो प्रभारी से भी समाचार संपादक को संपर्क रखना होता है. बड़े समाचारपत्र में समाचार संपादक के सहयोग के लिए कई बार उपसम्पादक की नियुक्ति भी की जाती है.

रांची, 20 जुलाई 2012 :: रांची में झमा झम बारिश के साथ ही शहर पानी पानी हुआ. लगातार बारिश की वजह के कारण जनजीवन अस्त व्यस्त हो गया .

Jagdish Ki Report - Bollywood camera focused on Bihar.

Bollywood camera is focused on Bihar. But this is not for the first time that Bihar had attracted Bollywood. If we go in History, we can see a lot of films are made on the issues of Bihar.

In 'Apaharan',  Prakash  Jha tried to expose the nexus between criminals and politicians in Bihar, especially the thriving kidnapping industry, while his 'Gangajal' was spun around the in famous Bhagalpur blinding case.

Another hard-hitting political film set in Bihar was  Shool. Starring Manoj Bajpayee and national-award winner Raveena Tandon, the movie is about an honest police officer who is in a tough fight with a corrupt local politicians.

Damul, starring Dipti Nawal, highlights caste politics and bonded labour in Bihar.

In the current series  we just watched Gangs of Wasseypur, co-written, produced and directed by Anurag Kashyap. The film features Jaideep Ahlawat, Manoj Bajpai, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Richa Chadda as the ambitious crime family from Wasseypur.  Wasseypur belongs to Dhanbad, Jharkhand [ Earliar it was a part of Bihar ]. The story of part one spans from the early 1940s to late 1990s while part two continues till 2009.The full series was screened back-to-back at the 2012 Cannes Directors' Fortnight.

Very soon we will be watching  Jeena Hai Toh Thok Daal , a  film directed by Manish Vatsalya, starring Ravi Kishen, Manish Vatsalya, Yashpal Sharma (actor), Rahul Kumar (Actor) and Hazel Crowney. The movie's storyline is a hard hitting gangster movie which shows horrid realities of the underworld crime as well as the changing times of Bihar state.

समाचारपत्र के स्वरुप के मुताबिक संयुक्त संपादक या सहायक संपादक अथवा दोनों पदों पर अलग अलग पत्रकार की नियुक्ति कर समाचारपत्र सम्पादन के कार्यो को अंजाम दिया जाता है. इनकी मुख्य भूमिका प्रधान सम्पादक के सहयोगी के रूप में होती है और बड़े समाचारपत्रों की व्यवस्था में उनके अलग अलग कार्य निर्धारित कर दिए जाते है. सम्पादकीय विभाग के सहयोगियों के कार्यो के निरिक्षण और दिशा निर्देश के साथ सहायक सम्पादक, अग्रलेख, सम्पादकीय टिप्पणियों, राष्ट्रीय, अन्तरराष्ट्रीय घटनाकर्म  की समीक्षा, फीचर लेखन, इत्यादि प्रवार्तियो में सक्रिय रूप से हिस्सेदार होते है. इसलिए इन्हें गहन अध्ययन करना जरुरी होता है. दरअसल सम्पादकीय विभाग के ये मजबूत स्तम्भ है जो जनमत तैयार करने तथा समाचारपत्रों के माध्यम से लोक शिक्षण में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है. इनका सीधा सम्बन्ध समाचारपत्र के विचार पक्ष से होता है तथा समाचारों के नवीनतम घटनाक्रम पर निगाह रखते हुए तत्काल टिप्पणी प्रस्तुत करनी होती है.

World Population day is celebrated on 11^th of July every year.  In 1987 United State decided to celebrate this day as World population day. World Population is approx  6 Billion 82 Crores. It is expected to cross 9  Billion  between 2040 & 2050.

In Indian perspective, now India’s population is approx 1  Billion 22 Crores, which is three times more from the time of Independence. During independence India’s population was approx 35 Crores. Sources says that in every 10 years India’s population increases by 18 crores, which is equivalent with the population of Brazil.

According to the  Census  of  year 2011 there is down fall in the population between the year 2001 to 2011. But the population will maintain its speed than in year 2030 India will  become the higest populated country in the world.
